The “i-Shkodra” application has been created and functions as a communication channel between me and businesses, aiming to increase transparency, efficiency, and the quality of service delivery. Through a computer, i-Shkodra allows businesses to access several well-known and promoted notifications, such as “Budget Transparency,” “My Taxes,” and “One-Stop Office.”
